Very unhelpful my father ran out of steroid eye drops glaucoma whilst on holiday and we was told by pharmacist back at home he can go to the one in prestatyn, and they should issue them for him. The pharmacist was extremely unhelpful saying there was nothing he can do!! Eventually my father told him he wasn't happy and he will be complaining in the end the pharmacist changed his mind and said I will see what I can do at last he got the eye drops but there shouldn't of been a problem in the first place....my father was very upset I am disgusted as the drops should of been given without a fight.
